Roles We Regularly Recruit For

We have ongoing requirements for the following contract and temporary positions:

  • Project Administrators & Coordinators - Supporting engineering and defence project teams with scheduling, cost forecasting, and stakeholder communication
  • Accounts & Finance Administrators / Coordinators - Managing AP/AR, invoicing, end-of-month reconciliations, and payroll support
  • Procurement & Purchasing Administrator - Expediting orders, managing supplier lead times
  • Logistics & Dispatch Administrators - Coordinating freight, manifests, and inventory data - Acts as the liaison between the customer and the site workers/drivers, scheduling maintenance or deliveries.
  • Executive Assistants & Site Administrators (Supporting leadership on-site or in the corporate office)
  • Customer Service & Order Processing Officers (Managing B2B client accounts and heavily focused on order fulfillment and technical support.)

What We Are Looking For

Because our clients operate in fast-paced, highly regulated environments, we look for candidates who bring:

  • Agility: The ability to step into a new environment, ask the right questions, and add value from day one.
  • System Savvy: Experience with major ERPs (SAP, Pronto, Oracle, Xero) or project tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project) is a massive plus.
  • Industry Context: Previous experience in manufacturing, engineering, heavy industry, or transport gives you a distinct advantage.
  • Compliance Ready: Australian Citizenship is highly regarded (and often required for Defence roles to meet ITAR/security clearance requirements). A current National Police Check is essential.
